Coffee House is expanding its team and looking for an Interior Designer who will play a key role in developing interior concepts for new branches and renovating existing locations, ensuring a consistent brand style and high-quality spatial solutions.

• Develop interior design concepts for new and renovated Coffee House locations
• Create sketches, concepts, color palettes, and material selections
• Prepare technical drawings, floor plans, and 3D models
• Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Ensure all spaces meet Coffee House brand, functional, and quality standards
• Oversee the implementation of design projects from planning to completion

• Proven experience in interior design (experience in the HORECA sector is a strong advantage)
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or equivalent design software
• Strong aesthetic sense, precision, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Responsible, organized, and able to work effectively as part of a team

The Role

We are looking for a Senior HR Generalist to join our growing HR team and report directly to the Head of HR.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for an experienced HR professional who can manage and improve HR processes end-to-end across a multi-site, frontline-heavy organization.

You will work across the full employee lifecycle - from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, performance, engagement, learning, compliance, and HR process development. The ideal candidate combines strong HR fundamentals with sound judgment, a practical mindset, and the ability to turn ideas into well-structured, scalable processes.

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate and branch-level positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure effective and timely recruitment processes.
• Support the design and implementation of personalized and consistent onboarding experiences.

Employee Relations

• Act as a trusted first point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and workplace matters.
• Support constructive effective communication between employees and managers.
• Ensure fair and consistent handling of disciplinary, performance, and employee relations matters.

HR Administration & Compliance

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
• Ensure HR practices and processes are aligned with Armenian labor legislation and internal policies.
• Support HR audits, documentation standards, and continuous improvement of administrative processes.

Performance Management

• Support the planning and administration of performance management cycles.
• Coordinate performance review processes, including 360° assessments for back-office teams.
• Support managers and employees with goal-setting, feedback, and performance conversations.

HR Policies & Processes

• Contribute to the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve HR processes as the organization scales.
• Translate HR principles into practical processes that work effectively across both corporate and branch environments.

Employee Engagement & Culture

• Support employee engagement initiatives, surveys, recognition programs, and culture-building activities.
• Help strengthen employee experience across a diverse, 55+ branch workforce.
• Contribute to maintaining and evolving the culture as the company grows.

Learning & Development

• Contribute to the development of internal Digital Academy learning content and programs.
• Support the organization and coordination of training initiatives.
• Participate in Leadership Development initiatives and other capability-building programs.

HR Systems & Digitalization

• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR tools, trackers, and systems.
• Support the digitalization and automation of HR processes.
• Use data and technology to make HR processes more efficient and informed.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience, ideally within retail, hospitality, FMCG, or another multi-site, frontline-heavy environment.
• Strong practical knowledge of Armenian labor law and HR compliance.
• Fluent Armenian and English, both written and spoken; Russian is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to own HR processes end-to-end, from design and implementation to day-to-day execution.
• Strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive employee matters.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, combined with a people-oriented approach.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with HRIS, HR systems, and project management tools.
• Strong digital mindset and confidence using technology to improve HR processes.
• AI literacy and willingness to actively and ethically use AI tools in HR work is a must.
• HR certification such as SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent is an advantage, but not a requirement.
