📢 Coffee House is looking for an HR Specialist to join our team!

What to Expect in This Role

🔹 Organize and manage employee documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
🔹 Maintain and update employee databases in relevant software platforms, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with real-time changes.
🔹 Prepare employment contracts, agreements, vacation requests, payroll, and position change orders, and oversee working hours calculations.
🔹 Actively participate in the implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
🔹 Ensure seamless communication between employees and other departments for better coordination and collaboration.
🔹 Support the improvement of employee experience by fostering a supportive and positive work environment.

What We Expect from You

✅ At least 1 year of experience in HR operations, administration, or HR accounting.
✅ Higher education.
✅ Excellent knowledge of Armenian, good knowledge of English and Russian.
✅ Understanding of RA labor legislation and the ability to apply it in practice.
✅ Attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy.
✅ Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt quickly, and meet deadlines.
✅ Proficiency in basic computer programs (MS Office Suite).
✅ A team-oriented mindset and a strong sense of responsibility.

Coffee House-ը փնտրում է հրուշակագործի օգնական։ Աշխատանքային փորձը պարտադիր չէ։

Աշխատավայր՝ Լեռ Կամսար 12 (Ամերիկյան համալսարանի մոտակայքում)

Գրաֆիկ՝ 23։00-07։00, 2 օր աշխատանք, մեկ օր հանգիստ

Աշխատավարձ՝ 150․000 դրամ։

• Մասնակցել և աջակցել հրուշակեղենի պատրաստման գործընթացին
• Կատարել գլխավոր հրուշակագործի հանձնարարականները
• Իրականացնել հրուշակեղենի նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներ
